Cancellation Policy
A 100% fee applies to ALL NO SHOWS.
A 50% fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
A 10-minute grace period is provided. Please call or text if you are running late. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes will be required to reschedule and the applicable fee will apply. Failure to communicate lateness will result in a NO-SHOW fee.
